Book description from GoodReads:

Abby Knight is the proud owner of her hometown flower shop, but a new low-cost competitor is killing her profits-and a black SUV just rammed her vintage Corvette in a hit-and-run. She’s determined to track down the driver, but when the trail turns deadly, the next flower arrangement might be for her own funeral . . .

My review Р4/5 Stars (originally posted on GoodReads on 3/11/17)
I thought this was a fun, easy read. The mystery kept me entertained. I thought the plot was solid and the characters thoughtfully developed. Abby’s shop, Bloomers, sold both flowers and coffee/tea. Enjoyed hearing about the flowers and the people who worked there (Grace and Lottie). Grace was a former legal secretary (which is what I do for a living). Lottie owned Bloomers for a long time before selling it to Abby. I thought they both added nice support for Abby and the story.

I could relate to Abby who loves her vintage Corvette and had flunked out of law school, having had a 62′ Nova I loved when I was younger and having gone to law school (but never passed the bar). I could also relate to the problems she was having with her car (and the police) since an old friend of mine had some of the same issues when she left her police officer fianc√©. I have much respect for the police, but having had this friend, it helped me accept the happenings in the story.

I look forward to continuing this series.
